SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping:
Most items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. In certain situations, such as with unusually large or heavy items, we will work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method.
All domestic orders to be shipped anywhere other than the 48 continental states will need to call 1-877-768-7287 before placing their order, i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc. We do not currently ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.
Average delivery time for standard shipping is four to seven business days. Holidays, weekends, days closed, and severe weather will affect shipping delivery dates.
2nd Day Service Shipping Upgrade:
- If your order is placed before 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday, with 2nd day air selected as the shipping method, your order will be shipped that business day. If your order is placed after 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday or on the weekend, your order will be shipped the following business day.
- Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days. Weekends are not considered a business day. Orders placed before 2PM on Friday will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
Oversize/Heavy Shipping Charges:
Orders that are oversize or extremely heavy may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges by email before the order is processed.
International Shipping:
We ship certain products to certain countries. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are limited in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please call us at 305-740-9400 to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally. Due to the high frequency of fraudulent credit card transactions and theft in certain countries, we reserve the right to require pre-payment in certain instances, at our discretion. If your order is deemed to be high-risk, we will send you an e-mail requesting pre-payment by internationally recognized bank draft or wire transfer.
Please note, there will be duties and/or taxes on the merchandise you purchase that you may be responsible to pay. The amount is determined by your country. Delays in customs and severe weather will affect delivery dates.
Order Tracking:
Just go to "My Account" on our website (see the link at the top of our web pages); it will list all the orders on your account and their status, including tracking numbers if available. Once your order has been shipped, either fully or partially, you will receive notification through e-mail with tracking numbers, if available. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at customerservice@allegromusiccenter.com or call us during store hours to check on the status of your order. Please have your order confirmation number ready.
